Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be made within 30 days of the ship date. Brightly Studios will not accept any returns after 30 days. Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging with a copy of the original receipt.
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit.
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will work to correct the issue.
Items may be returned via mail to our mailing address below. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number. Lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.
*Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

All items ending in $.95 are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable. No exceptions.
Email us immediately if you receive a damaged item. We will work with you to return the damaged item. We will replace the item or issue you store credit. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit. Once we receive the package with the damaged item, we will process the return and send you a replacement or issue a store credit as quickly as possible.
